Is social media making us more entitled?

Or are we just more aware of how entitled we all are because we can see the evidence of it in the public sphere now that we are demanding the things we seem to think we deserve where everyone else can see?

I know this video has been out for a while. It was what we were showed at our company when the company social media guidelines were initially implemented. It still boggles the mind though. It’s “The Social Media Revolution” by Erik Qualman, author of Socialnomics.

The second one is a slightly newer version with some new facts added, like the stats on the VW Darth Vader Superbowl advert.
